We offer wide range of gherkins which are nutritious and qualitative in nature. They are processed after ensuring that they are not infected and devoid of any diseases. We remove the unhealthy fruits and carry out machine washing, machine grading & post grading culling and then subject the fruit to the processing unit.

Fresh and healthy gherkins are then filled to the specified weight in washed bottles. stacker and spears are cut in a machine before bottle filling. We prepare different preservatives and fill them into bottles to enhance the shelf life of the fruits. The filled bottles are then vacuum sealed in lug capping machine and are pasteurized and labeled accordingly.

We offer different species of gherkins, which are superior in quality and delicious in taste. The gherkin pickles comprises of:

• Whole Gherkin
• Gherkin Stacker
• Gherkin Spears We pack the gherkin products in HDPE drums of different weight ranging from 150 to 180 kg of net drained weight per drums. The Gherkins are packed in 3 media like brine, vinegar and acetic acid which maintains their shelf life and quality. We take utmost care in packing the products as per the specific requirements of the customer, so that their freshness remains intact during shipment and marketing.

We pack the processed Gherkins in glass jars of various sizes viz. 370 ml, 720 ml, 1000 ml and 1515 ml. The bottles and cans are completely air tight which protects the gherkin from moisture, heat as well as dust. To ensure that the products are safe during shipment, we use tins cans of 3.1 kg and 5 kg and carry out bulk packaging in HDPE barrels. Our plants have the capacity of packing 10000 MTs of Gherkin per annum and thus packaging approximately 1000 containers.
