Spray Dried Fruit Powder

The fruit powders we offer are used in confectionery, bakery products, nutritional foods, ready-to-drink mixes, instant foods, instant soup mixes, seasonings, snack foods. They are used to increase the flavor of the delicacies. Our fruit powders are safe to use as they are prepared with a water evaporator and in indirectly fired heating system. This process makes them more preferred over sun dried or de-hydrated powders.
